Privacy & cookie notice
RESURGE is a relationship marketing service for lenders and other relationship-driven businesses. This notice explains what we collect on this site, how cookies are used, and how to change your choice.
What we collect
If you start a plan, the checkout is hosted by our payment and CRM provider, which collects the name, email, billing address, and card details needed to run your subscription. If you contact us, we keep the details you send so we can reply.
When you claim a free-month offer, we save your first name, email address, and permission for offer and follow-up emails in Keap, our CRM provider. You can unsubscribe from those emails anytime. Claiming an offer does not subscribe you to a paid plan.
Cookies and analytics
Analytics and advertising storage are switched off by default. Nothing that identifies you is measured until you press Accept on the cookie banner. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode v2, so before consent the tags run in a cookieless mode and after Decline they stay denied. Contentsquare heatmaps are not requested until that same cookie choice is accepted, and only when a Contentsquare tag id is configured. Hotjar stays an unused no-op unless a Hotjar site id is set.
- Strictly necessary: always on. These keep the page working and store your cookie choice in your browser’s local storage.
- Analytics: off until you accept. Used to understand which sections of the page people read and where they drop off.
- Advertising: off until you accept. Used to measure whether an ad campaign led to a signup.
Changing your mind
Use the cookie settings link to reopen the banner and change your answer at any time. Clearing your browser storage also resets the choice, and the banner will ask again on your next visit.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us through the contact page and we will respond.
